Most of the work for these photo’s lies in getting up there. The beautiful series of the Hohe Tauern National Park in Austria by Daniel Büttner is a natural series. Daniel didn’t have to do much to catch the rocky and uncompromising atmosphere of the high mountains. Natural light settings on his Nikon D90 camera and only minor color grading in the post production was needed to get the photo’s right. The photo’s seem nearly monochromatic, but there’s so much grays, blues and whites in them that make the photo so effective.
