In Montreal, Canada, ATOMIC3 participated in Montreal En Lumiere, to cheer people up during the winter blues. Using interactive light-based installations, the Place Emilie-Gamelin was transformed into field of 60 colorful panes that together make the square come alive when light shines through it. In daytime the sunlight shines through the installation, at nighttime spotlights were used.
In the centre of the installation, two cubes that visitors can move transform the immediate surrounding when moved.
